- milk 0.5% - 100 ml;
- low-fat cottage cheese - 400 g;
- honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- fruit or berries - 100 g.
Preparation
First, gelatin should be soaked in a glass of hot water, and cut the fruit into pieces. When the gelatin swells, add it to the milk and put on a minimal fire, bringing it to a boil. Combine honey, cottage cheese and milk. It is best to grind everything in a blender. In the molds put the fruit and pour them with curd mass. Put overnight in the refrigerator.
Dish with diet for weight loss - chicken lub-kebab
This dish is suitable for lunch and dinner, and it can be served on a feast. As a side dish, you can choose vegetables baked in the oven or cooked on the grill.
Ingredients:
- fillet - 400 g;
- onion - 0,5 pieces;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation
The fillet should be finely chopped, it can be done with a knife or using a meat grinder. Add to it the chopped onion, salt and pepper, and then, mix everything thoroughly. Stuffing is recommended several times to beat against the table, so that the air is gone. With wet hands, form oblong cutlets and plant them on skewers. Bake kebab in the oven, laying billets on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Cook at 200 degrees for half an hour.
