For the preparation of soup, it is necessary to start the leaven first. To do this, a large jar should be poured with flour, pour it with hot boiled water and mix thoroughly. After this, add 4 more glasses of warm water, black bread, garlic, bay leaf and pepper to the mixture. Before sending the yeast to a warm place for a few days, all the ingredients must be mixed again. To save time, you can buy a ready-made starter in the store.

The next step is to prepare the soup itself. Water should be poured into a pan and put it on the stove, after then add to it finely chopped carrots and parsley root. While the water boils, in the pan it is necessary to fry the sliced ​​bacon with onions and also send them to the pan. Sausage should also be cut and added to the soup. After 15 minutes, you should send potatoes to the soup, and after another 10 minutes after boiling - pour in the leaven and slowly add the sour cream. In the last place, you need to add garlic, seasoning, selected greens and cooking soup for a few more minutes.
