Now we clean the bananas and cut them into rings about one centimeter thick. In a small frying pan pour in vegetable oil layer thickness of about three centimeters and very well warm it. Each slice of banana dipped carefully in batter and immersed in boiling oil. Fry until browned from all sides and take out on a napkin or paper towel until completely cooled, if desired, having dampened the oil and top.

Cooled bananas, fried in batter, are rubbed with sugar powder and served to the table.
