We lightly freeze it, letting it lie in the freezer for 20 minutes. And the rest of the dough is rolled out. Lubricate it with jam. And on top we place the oil from a freezer crushed with the help of a large grater. We send the Viennese cookies to the oven. After 25 minutes it will be ready if the temperature is 180 degrees. At the end of this time, the cake is removed, and when it cools down, cut it.

Margarine (butter), melt, cool, add sugar, egg and stir well. Then we pour in the flour, potato starch and baking powder. Knead the dough and divide it into 2 unequal parts. The part that is more, we put in the refrigerator, and the second part we send to the freezer for 15 minutes. Dough from the refrigerator is rolled into a layer 1 cm thick and sent to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lubricate the dough with jam, then take the dough from the freezer and three over the jam. At 200 degrees, bake Viennese cookies for 20 minutes. Then let the cake cool down, and cut it into slices of the desired size.

In the bowl, break the egg, add sugar, a soft creamy oil to it and mix it well. The resulting mass can even be lightly beaten with a mixer. Add flour, sifted with salt. Knead the dough. Separate from it about 1/3 part and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Let the rest of the dough stand in the refrigerator. Then we take it out and roll it out. A layer with a thickness of about 7 mm should come out. Put it on a baking tray and grease it with jam. Over the jam three grated dough, which was in the freezer. The oven is heated to 190 degrees and put the cookies in it for 20 minutes. After that, we remove it and after cooling it is cut. Have a nice tea!
