Let's start with the simplest classic recipe for cooking dumplings with meat, for which we only need dough and boiled meat.

Preparation

To prepare the dough, you need to sift the flour, make a hole in it, add oil, add salt and water, so that you can knead the dough. Stir the dough for 5 minutes and, wrapped in a film, put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meat boil and twist through a meat grinder, chop onion and fry, mix meat with onions. We remove the dough from the refrigerator, mix it a little more, roll it out and cut out the mugs with a shape or glass. We make vareniki and cook them, about 3-5 minutes.

Vareniki with meat and cabbage

If you like classic vareniki with cabbage, then you can combine two different fillings in one and cook vareniki with cabbage and meat.

Preparation

Dough the same as in the previous recipe. Cabbage and onions must be ground in a meat grinder, mixed with ground meat, salt and pepper. Stuff vareniki and cook them in salted water for about 10-15 minutes. You can eat with sour cream or onion roast.

Vareniki with meat and potatoes

In almost the same way as vareniki with meat and cabbage, you can cook them with meat and potatoes. Only for the filling you need 500 g of meat, one onion and 1-2 cups of mashed potatoes. Onions and meat need to be cut and fried, and then mixed with mashed potatoes. Everything else is done, as in the previous recipe.
