Let's start with the preparation of the dough. Combine soft butter with sugar and whiten, then pour the flour. With a ready test, we cover the bottom and walls of the lubricated mold.

For the filling of apples, cut into cubes and put in a saucepan with butter . We fall asleep fruit, 60 g of sugar and cook in caramel until soft.

While the apples are boiled, make a sour cream. We beat the sour cream with eggs, flour and the remaining sugar, add a pinch of vanillin and whisk everything back to homogeneity. Pour sour cream filling over the cake, distribute caramel apples from above and put everything in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. In half an hour the cake will be ready. If desired, the delicacy can be sprinkled with crumbs of biscuits, nuts and brown sugar.

To mix dough, the flour is sieved and mixed with salt (there will be enough pinches), softened butter, sugar and egg. Finished dough kneaded and wrapped with a film. We leave the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour, then roll it out in a thin layer and lay it on the bottom of a prepared, that is, greased, shape. We stick the base over the whole surface with a fork and put it brown in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. The cooking time is about half an hour.

For the filling, whip the sugar with butter until the airy white mass forms, then add the chicken egg, a little flour and the cottage cheese. Pour the filling into the completely cooled base of the dough and return it back to the oven for half an hour, previously lowering the temperature to 180 degrees. Tsvetaeva pie with cottage cheese is ready! Serve it warm or slightly chilled.

The finished dough should be wrapped with a film and leave to rest in the cold for half an hour, after which it should be rolled into a thin layer and put in a prepared form. The basis for pie is baked in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes, and then leave to cool completely.

As long as the base cools down, let's start the filling. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add sour cream and flour. Pour the sour cream into the cooled base, and put the peaches on top. We put the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
