Chocolate paste at home
Ingredients:
- peeled walnuts - 40 g;
- butter creamy 72.5% fat content - 100 g;
- low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g;
- cocoa powder - 50 g;
- soda - 3 g;
- vanillin - 10 g.
Preparation
Cottage cheese is ground to a homogeneous mass. It is convenient to make it in a blender or simply rub it through a sieve. Add the soda, mix and remove for 50-55 minutes in a cool place. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the cottage cheese. Now put the saucepan with cottage cheese and butter on the stove and, stirring, cook on low heat, until the cottage cheese melts and a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, mix well. Boil the paste for 3 more minutes, without stopping the process of mixing, and then remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Chocolate paste "Nutella" - recipe
Ingredients:
- milk - 800 ml;
- sugar - 4 glasses;
- cocoa powder - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- wheat flour - 100 g;
- butter 72.5% fat - 95 g;
- crushed nuts - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
First we combine flour, cocoa and sugar. Then in small portions add milk and mix, so that no lumps remain. Pour the saucepan on the stove. On low heat bring to a boil, stirring. After that, add butter, crushed nuts, and mix. We cook "Nutella", stirring, until it thickens. Then the chocolate paste is cooled and you can eat.
Chocolate-nut paste
Ingredients:
- cocoa - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- hazelnut - 250 g;
- wheat flour - 90 g;
- sugar - 3 cups;
- milk - 1 glass;
- butter 72.5% fat content - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- Vanillin - 2 sachets.
Preparation
Raw eggs are rubbed with sugar, then add butter, vanillin, cocoa and flour. We mix it well. Chop the pulp. Add nuts to the rest of the ingredients, pour in the milk, stir and put the mass on the stove. With constant stirring on a small fire, cook until thick.
How to make chocolate pasta from cocoa and coffee?
Ingredients:
- milk - 1 liter;
- sugar - 700 g;
- flour - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- instant coffee - 1 teaspoon;
- cocoa - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- butter 72.5% fat content - 190 g.
Preparation
First, in a deep bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, coffee and sugar. Then pour in the milk and mix well. The resulting mixture is put on a small fire and, stirring, cook for 3-4 minutes. When the paste begins to thicken, the fire is turned off, and the paste is cooled.
