Menu of the German diet

The first week is considered to be the easiest, as only Monday you need to stay on one water, and the remaining 6 days, you can eat in the usual way.

The menu for the second week of the German diet is as follows - on Monday you drink only water, on Tuesday you eat only oranges or grapefruits (up to 2 kg per day), and the rest of the days eat as usual.

By the third week one more unloading day is added. On Monday you again drink only water, on Tuesday eat oranges or grapefruits, and on Wednesday you can eat only apples (up to 2 kg per day). The rest 4 days you stick to your usual diet.

The first 3 days of the fourth week are repeated the third week, but on Thursday of the fourth week you can drink only freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juices. The last three days of the week you eat, as usual.
