For most of the year we can buy strawberries only in a supermarket and at a rather high price. Therefore, it makes more sense to eat her whole, enjoying the taste of berries. But in the season, when the berry massively massages in the kitchen gardens and cottages, and its price drops significantly in sales, you can afford different options for desserts. And naturally, in order to preserve the taste and all vitamins, we propose to prepare strawberry desserts without baking.

Dessert "Strawberry Clouds"

In a blender, whip the peeled strawberries, sugar powder and lemon juice. It turns out a rather liquid mashed potatoes, which we rub through a fine sieve to remove the seeds of strawberries. Now add gelatin to it and leave it for a while, so that the gelatin is swollen. If you have it very small, instant, you can not wait. We put on a very small fire and warm it up to dissolution, but in no case bring to a boil. Let the strawberry mass cool well and mix it with a mixer for 5 minutes. We do this in a fairly large capacity, because the mass will increase much in volume and lighten up to a gently pink color. We fill the future souffle in molds and set it to freeze in the refrigerator. We serve cut into pieces and sprinkled with sugar powder.

In the meantime, beat the sour cream with condensed milk. When the gelatin is swollen, we need to warm up the milk in order to dissolve it. This can be done on a water bath or in a microwave. The most important thing is that milk does not boil, because it will start to foam strongly, and gelatin will lose its properties. When all is dissolved, we first cool the mixture, and then add it to sour cream with vanilla all the time whipping. Now the mixture is divided into 2 parts, one we add the strawberries and we interrupt them to homogeneity. If you are preparing a dessert in the form of a cake, then the form is covered with a film and put a pink and white mass on the spoon in turn. Each time a new portion is put in the center of the previous one. The dessert freezes in the refrigerator for about three hours.

Strawberry banana dessert
