Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 520 g;
- tomatoes in its own juice - 780 g;
- canned red beans - 390 g;
- tomato sauce - 340 g;
- water 230 ml;
- champignons - 440 g;
- sweet pepper - 290 g;
- onion - 190 g;
- stalks of celery - 2 pcs .;
- garlic teeth - 4 pcs .;
- a mixture of dried Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon;
- zucchini - 530 g.
Preparation
Peeled from the films and the residues of the fat layer, chicken fillets are cut into cubes. In the bowl of the device, warmed with oil, put half-rings of pepper and onions, there also send stalks of celery and save it all together for about 7 minutes. Add the chicken to the vegetables and wait until she grabs. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the contents of the bowl, add the beans, herbs and pour all the tomatoes, sauce and water. Switch from "Baking" to "Quenching" and leave the dish to languish for a couple of hours. Zucchini cut into thin strips so that they resemble noodles. Add vegetable noodles to the rest of the vegetables and poultry, then leave the stew ready for another 10 minutes.
Recipe of stewed zucchini with vegetables in the multivark
Ingredients:
- chicken meat - 1,3 kg;
- onion - 75 g;
- dried white mushrooms - 35 g;
- carrots - 155 g;
- a stalk of celery;
- vegetable broth - 480 ml;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- starch - 5 g;
- sour cream - 240 ml;
- head of cabbage (medium size);
- zucchini - 330 g;
- the laurel leaf;
- seeds of coriander, peas of black pepper, cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation
In a bowl, fry the onion rings with celery, carrots and chopped cabbage leaves. Add the vegetable marrow and chicken pieces to the vegetables. Wait until the meat is white and pour the contents of the bowl with a mixture of citrus juice and broth. Put the coriander, laurel and pepper. Leave the vegetables and meat on the "Quenching" for about an hour. After a while, take a little broth and vegetables in a blender and whip them with starch and sour cream.
