Pour the mixture into the mold and prepare the omelette for a couple of about 10-15 minutes (more precisely, watch the time better in the instructions). Ready to serve omelet with herbs, sour cream or unsweetened yogurt.

If a considerable time passes between breakfast and lunch, when there is no possibility to have a bite, we will prepare an omelette with meat, cheese, sweet pepper and greens.

Omelette for a couple - a satisfying version

Sweet pepper, dried, cut into small cubes, removing the seeds. Cooked chicken meat (can be replaced with ham or boiled sausage) with hands tear into small fibers. Cheese is squeezed on a large grater or finely chopped. We'll wash the greens, remove moisture and chop. Pepper will be ground in a mortar or bold. Eggs we shall break into the enamel bowl, we will salivate, we shall pepper and well we shall blow. Gradually, let's pour in the milk and mix until smooth. Add meat, cheese, pepper, greens and mix again. The shape is oiled with oil and gently poured into it the workpiece for the omelet. We cook the omelette for a couple of half an hour.

If the steamer is not there, prepare the omelette in a water bath. In this way, you can prepare a scrambled omelet for a child - for this we use batch silicone molds. It is better to make such an omelet out of quail eggs, because Salmonella does not live in them, so that the dish will be guaranteed safe.

In a small bowl or pial, we mix quail eggs and salt. We add milk and whisk well with a whisk or fork. The silicone mold is lubricated with oil and we pour the egg mixture into it. We organize a water bath: in a saucepan with boiling water we set a colander so that the boiling water does not pour into it. In a colander we place the mold, cover it with a lid (leaving a minimal gap) and leave it on minimum fire for 10 minutes.

If you used egg yolks while preparing culinary masterpieces, but the squirrels are left, we prepare a protein omelette for a couple in a multivark. The caloric content of the omelet will be lower, the taste is more tender.
