In a pan, heat a little vegetable oil and fry the sausages in a puff pastry batter until golden brown.

We distribute the minced meat between the two strips, lubricate the edges of the dough with water, and roll everything into a roll. Next, put the roll into the freezer for about 15 minutes to lightly frost, and the process of cutting is simplified. After, you can cut the roll into slices of any length convenient for you.

Lay the rolls on a baking sheet, grease them with water, melted butter, milk or beaten yolk, and bake in a preheated oven for 210 degrees 25 minutes.
