Salad "Caprice" with chicken

What a cook does not want his concoction to be appreciated by others. To take into account the wishes and preferences of everyone, unfortunately, it is impossible, and to combine them in one dish - something from the category of fiction. That is why on every festive table there is a wide assortment of dishes, designed to satisfy everyone's appetite. We decided to collect the most delicious and loved by many ingredients, in order to prepare a universal salad, which will be enjoyed by as many guests as possible.

Recipe for salad "Caprice" with chicken

Chicken fillet grease with oil, rub salt, pepper and put in the oven, bake until ready at 190 degrees. In the meantime, we can prepare the rest of the necessary ingredients for our salad. Celery sliced ​​across the stem in small pieces. Red grapes cut in half, remove the bones. Nuts roughly cut with a knife. For dressing, mayonnaise is mixed with dried, granulated garlic, salt and pepper.

Finished chicken fillet is sorted into fibers and put in a salad bowl along with other prepared ingredients. We dress the salad with mayonnaise and serve it to the table.

"Male Caprice" salad with chicken

Ingredients:

Eggs boil hard, cool, clean and cut into cubes. Salted cucumbers and boiled potatoes are cut in the same way. Chicken fillet boil, we disassemble into fibers and mix with eggs and vegetables. Champignons cut into plates and fry until golden in vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients of the salad "Male Caprice" , season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs before serving.

Salad "Lady's whim" with chicken

Fillet, tomatoes and peppers are cut into cubes. We cut onions in thin rings, and cut the olives in half. Mix all the ingredients and dress the sauce from Greek yoghurt, grated with feta cheese and augmented with fresh dill.

Salad "Female whim" with smoked chicken

In contrast to the male salad, the female should be a little more light, but, nevertheless, sufficiently satisfying.

Fennel and onion cut into large segments and put in a frying pan. Fill the bulbs with water, add crushed garlic and chili, and stew all about 3 minutes. Steamed onions are fried on both sides in olive oil until ruddy.

To refill 100 ml of pomegranate juice evaporate half, until the formation of a thick syrup. The syrup is mixed with a couple tablespoons of olive oil.

Chicken cut into thin plates and put on a cushion of lettuce. From above distribute pieces of avocado, olives, cheese, onions and fennel, as well as mandarin slices, previously cleaned from films. Pour the salad with pomegranate dressing and serve it to the table.
