Salmon tartar

Strange and unusual for the Russian ear word tartar is called as French sauce, and any dish consisting of finely chopped products. It can be meat, vegetables, and even fruits. Salmon tartar

Tartar from salmon is prepared, as a rule, from raw fish, if you are concerned, you can experiment with smoked fish.

Eggs boil 10 minutes after boiling water and immediately drain. Grate separately the squirrels and yolks. Fish carefully, trying not to turn it into a shapeless mass, cut into cubes. We shred a bow and basil. Mix fish with vegetables, add olive oil and lemon juice. We spread the tartar in the culinary ring on a plate. On the perimeter of the ring we spread the grated yolk, the next ring - protein, then the greens. Finely shred a quarter of a red onion and sprinkle over parsley. Artfully lay out the capers and take off the ring. Top spread the sour cream and lightly pepper.

Salmon with tartar sauce

We serve fish with tartar sauce and decorate with dill. Garnish with vegetables, ideally blanched string beans.

Cucumber is peeled and peeled and cut into cubes. Red onions are very, very finely shred, green onions are also chopped. Mix horseradish with butter, add onions, cucumbers, caviar and salmon, white pepper. We serve with rye croutons.
