Chicken with Vegetables - recipe

Perhaps, in the kitchen of all countries of the world there are many variations of chicken recipes with vegetables. It is unlikely that we will be able to pay attention to all of them, but we are simply obligated to write about the most famous ones.

Chicken Recipe, Stewed with Vegetables

In place of the chicken, in the brazier we put the onions cut into rings and fry it for 3 minutes. Once the onion is softened, add to it grated carrot on a large grater and fry all together for 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic cloves and flour passed through the press to the pasted vegetables. Continue cooking, stirring vegetables, for about a minute, then pour the vegetables with chicken broth and add chili sauce. As soon as the liquid in the brazier comes to a boil, we return the kuru and reduce the fire. Stew vegetables for 45 minutes, add pepper, cook for another 10-15 minutes and lay the beans. Fill chicken with cream, salt, pepper to taste and after 5 minutes remove from fire. Stewed chicken is well combined with boiled rice and shallow paste.

Chicken Teriyaki Recipe with Vegetables

The oven is heated up to 190 degrees. Carrots and parsnips are numbered, mine and cut into small pieces. Onions are cut into slices, and my chicken is dried. Vegetables and chicken laid on a baking tray for baking, pour oil, generously sprinkle with salt, pepper and a dried mixture of Provencal herbs.

Mix the chicken and vegetables with your hands so that the spices and oils are distributed evenly. We cook everything in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, not forgetting to mix the contents of the pan 2-3 times.

Nut soak and boil. Spread it on a baking sheet to the chicken and vegetables, bake it still for 10 minutes.

Serve the dish to the table immediately after cooking, garnishing chicken with vegetables mashed potatoes or boiled friable rice.
