Salad with beans and sausage

Sometimes you need to cook some food, or rather, a quick snack (for example, in case of unexpected guests). A familiar problem? Most likely, so. And not only to lonely people, although, of course, they are more than the rest.

You can quickly make a salad with beans and sausage. Unfortunately, this dish can not be ranked as useful, but we will try to make it as tasty and nutritious as possible.

Immediately specify: beans can be used canned (white or colored) - in this case we drain the sauce and rinse it with boiled water; or a young pod frozen - then lightly fry this convenient semi-finished product in a frying pan in vegetable oil and stew (the time of preparation is indicated on the package). Sausage we choose any, according to your taste, desirable, quality from the average price range.

So, for example, in the farm there was: beans, smoked sausage, crackers "Kirieshki" (well, and something else) - from this and prepare a salad.

Boil the potatoes "in a uniform" and hard-boiled eggs. Let's cool, clean and cut into small cubes. Home sausage or saltison cut into small pieces or short strips. Let's salad the salad with your hands. Onions shinkle a quarter of the rings. Prepare the beans in one way or another (see above).

All the ingredients are mixed in a salad bowl, let's add chopped greens and chopped garlic. Refueling is made from vegetable oil and lemon juice or we use for mayonnaise (and preferably yogurt unsweetened). We pour the salad, mix and decorate with greens.

You can also make a delicious salad of beans, corn (canned), sausage and cheese - the proportions are about the same.
