- wheat flour - 1 item;
- butter - 100 g;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

- sour cream - 50 ml;
- flour - pinch.
Preparation
Another simple way how to cook Shanki. Salt and sugar dissolve in a glass of water, put eggs and butter. All mixed and gradually, we pour the sifted flour with a baking powder, knead a homogeneous thick dough. Now we will prepare the filling: mix sour cream with flour.
Then cut the dough into pieces, and roll each into a flat cake. In the middle, put a little stuffing, raising the edges of the dough, and form the shan-balls.
