Sometimes I want to present something new, unusual and, of course, delicious to guests. Therefore, for this case, we offer you to cook an incomparable meatloaf with a beautiful, delicious and delicate filling of eggs.

Both types of meat are washed in a container with cold water. Let the water drain, and then divide the beef and pork into convenient pieces, let's pass through a large sieve of electric meat grinder. In the minced meat thus obtained, add one fresh egg, sprinkle it with the kitchen salt, a mixture of various peppers, and mix everything with clean hands. The remaining eggs are boiled for 10-12 minutes and we clean them from the shell.

All the minced meat is distributed on a cut of food film with a thickness of not more than 1.5 centimeters and not longer than 30 centimeters. In the center of the meat plate obtained, we spread the boiled eggs and, parallel to them, lay the diced cubes of hard cheese. We lift up one edge of the film with minced meat and carefully close our egg-cheese stuffing. We remove this edge of the film so that it does not stay inside and, pulling the film, we twist everything into a beautiful smooth roll. After removing the rest of the film, we put the dish on an oiled baking sheet, which we send to the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake our incomparably delicious roll for half an hour.

From the boiled eggs we remove the shell and crush them not very small cubes. Approximately the same cubes cut the peeled onion and to the expressed goldenness fry it in a skillet with butter. Then we put it into a bowl with crushed eggs and mix it well.

We break raw eggs and introduce them into fresh pork minced meat and thoroughly mix it with cleanly washed hands. Rectangular wide form is covered with a cut of food foil and distribute the prepared forcemeat uniformly throughout its bottom. On the left or right half of this meat layer we spread the filling and on the same side, lifting the edges upwards, we fold everything into a neat equal roll. We wrap it in foil and send it to the oven, heated to 195 degrees, for at least 40 minutes.
