Cottage cheese casserole with vermicelli and raisins
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese with medium fat content - about 300 g;
- boiled vermicelli (or other pasta) - about 250 g;
- Chicken egg - 1-2 pcs .;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- vanilla - 1 pinch;
- raisins - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
- butter for lubricating the mold.
Preparation
If the pasta cooked (paste) is large, then grind them with a knife. Raisins are steamed in a boiling water boil and we will salt water after 10-20 minutes. - wheat flour - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;

Preparation
