Kurnik - recipe for yogurt

The classic cookie pie is prepared usually without the addition of kefir, or any kind of dairy products, but as practice has shown, it is thanks to them that the dough turns out to be very soft and tender. If you want your kurik to be exactly that, then pay attention to the recipes below.

Kornik from dough on yogurt with mushrooms

For the dough butter melted and mixed with kefir. Add some salt, sugar and sifted flour to the mixture. We mix a thick and slightly sticky dough and cover it with a film. Let the test rest in a warm place.

In the meantime, on vegetable oil, we pass onions and mushrooms. In a separate frying pan fry chopped chicken. Once both fillings are ready, put them on a plate and let it cool.

Eggs boiled hard, cut into large quantities and mixed with chopped herbs.

At the bottom of the baking dish, put the rolled dough so that its edges hang. On the layer of dough we put alternating pancakes and stuffing. Fold the leftover dough, covering the whole pie. Lubricate the kurik with butter, or whipped egg and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.

If you are cooking kurik on kefir in a multivark, then select "Baking" mode for 90 minutes first, then turn the cake and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.

Warm homemade kefir is mixed with mayonnaise, soda and salt. To the resulting mixture, pour the previously sieved flour and knead very soft and elastic dough. The dough is wrapped with a film and leave to rest for the time of filling. In the meantime, we peel the potatoes, mine and cut them into cubes. Chicken cut with straw, and onions - rings.

The dough is divided into two parts, one of them is rolled out and placed on a greased baking dish. The first layer of the kurik is laid with potatoes, followed by chicken, butter and onions. Cover the pie with the second half of the dough and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 160 degrees.
