Preparation
Pork thoroughly washed and dried, cut into small slices and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. After the formation of a uniform ruddy crust on all sides, we shift the meat to a kettle or a deep saucepan. In the pan throw the onions cut into half-rings, chopped garlic, brown too, and shift to meat. In the same way come with diced cubes or mugs carrots. Now add water, so that it covers completely the meat, spicy herbs and cook for thirty or forty minutes, making the fire minimal.
Peeled and cut into large cubes or blocks of potatoes, put the potatoes on a preheated pan and evenly brown them on high heat and send them to the meat. Now we throw salt, ground mixture of peppers, laurel leaves, tomato sauce. If necessary, add a little more water. Cover with a lid and simmer until the potatoes are ready.

Ingredients:
- beef - 520 g;
- potato tubers - 920 g;
- champignons - 470 g;
- prunes - 7-9 pieces;
- onion - 150 g;
- carrots - 150 g;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- purified water - 250 ml;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- salt - to taste;
- spicy herbs and spices - to taste;
- fresh greens - to taste.
Preparation
Beef pulp is washed well, dried with a paper towel and cut into small slices. In the capacity of the multivarka pour vegetable oil and fry the meat before browning, turning on the device in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode for twenty minutes.

Preparation
Pork, potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms are fried alternately in vegetable oil until rouge.
