So, fry the patties until they are rosy, and then reduce the fire and bring the cutlets to the preparedness under the lid.

We break the loaf into pieces and fill them with water. When it softens, we spread it in a colander and squeeze it lightly. Add the loaf to the bowl with twisted meat. Add the egg, crushed bulb, salt and mix until homogeneous. We divide the forcemeat into 15 parts. We make cutlets and put them on a baking tray, and to make it easier to wash it later, you can lather it with foil. We send the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, then pour in about 100 ml of water and bake the meat patties in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Meat is chopped in a meat grinder. With him together we pass 1 bulb, garlic and soaked pieces of a loaf, not forgetting to wring out excess liquid from them.
