- vegetable oil.

How to marinate silver carp in Korean? Fish fillet washed underwater, dried with a towel and cut into pieces. Then we put it in a saucepan, pour oil and vinegar, cover it with a lid and leave it for two hours. This time, we clean out the bulbs of the bulb and shred rings. Carrots are cleaned and grated. The cloves of garlic are squeezed through the press. After a while, add all the prepared vegetables to the fish and mix. In soy sauce we dissolve sugar, we throw spices and pour the mixture to fish pieces. We put the frying pan on the fire, pour oil into it, warm it up and lay out the pickled carver.
