Salad of black radish - recipe
To prepare a delicious salad of black radish, first the root should be cleaned and necessarily remove the bitterness. To do this, cut the radish and pour it in cold water, let it stand for 30-60 minutes.

- black radish - 300 g;
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- salt - to taste;
