Salad is a versatile dish, in which a wide variety of ingredients can be combined. Delicious, nutritious and nutritious salads can be prepared using ham and champignons as the main products. This dish is a great way out if you do not want to bother with dinner or in case of an unexpected visit.

This salad will also be especially appreciated by leading farms alone, still: in a minimum of time, with minimal effort, you will get delicious food. Of course, such a dish can not be recommended for frequent preparation, since ham does not belong to unconditionally useful products. But sometimes you can pamper yourself (for example, once or twice a month).

So, we go to the nearest grocery store and buy ham (or ham sausage), marinated mushrooms , fresh cucumbers, some hard cheese. You can, of course, use pickled cucumbers, but it's better fresh, since there is more than enough salt in the ham and marinated mushrooms. It will also be good to buy sweet red peppers, herbs (parsley, etc.).

It is assumed that the house has vegetable oil and some other small things, or buy unsweetened classic medium-fat yoghurt (or mayonnaise) for refueling. Of course, yogurt or butter is more useful than mayonnaise.

Cucumber cut into small pieces, circles or semicircles, and sweet peppers - short straws. We chop the greens finely, we squeeze garlic through a manual press.

Now let's talk about refueling. Either this is yogurt seasoned with hot red pepper, or a mixture of vegetable oil with lemon or lime juice (it will give a special taste). You can use a good balsamic or fruit vinegar. If an oil-acid dressing is used, you can add a bit of the ready-made mustard. Of course, the best is simple mustard without preservatives. If you decide to use mayonnaise for dressing - better prepare it yourself from egg yolks, vegetable oil and mustard - it's quite simple and short-lived. If you use a ready-made product, choose a product with a minimum amount of chemical additives and starch.

We put all the prepared foods in a salad bowl, pour the dressing and mix. We decorate with greens and serve to the table. To salad it is possible to submit light wines, bitter tinctures, vodka, beer. This salad is good as an independent dish, because it is sufficiently satisfying.

The proportions of the ingredients are the same as in the previous recipe (see above), just add a gram of 250-300 beans. Beans can be used ready, cooked previously (or canned from the store), but not crumpled in puree. Color beans, of course, are more useful than white. You can also use green cooked beans, which are sold in pre-packaged frosts - it's very convenient and quite useful. In this version, green beans are enough to boil or extinguish in a frying pan for several minutes (the time is indicated on the package).
