It is not necessary to salt it. Meanwhile, we prepare vegetables: we clean the onion and shred it with small straws. Carrots are also cleaned and cut into strips. Cucumbers are crushed in exactly the same way. Now separately fry carrots and onions. Boiled beef is sorted into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise, pepper, salt and mix.
