For the preparation of apple puree you can use ripe apples of any kind. They need to be washed, very thinly peeled off, then cut the fruit in half and take out the core with the seeds. Now cut the halves into slices or random pieces, put them in an enameled vessel, pour in filtered vodichku and place the vessel on the hotplate plate. After boiling, boil the apple mass for about twenty to thirty minutes, and then let it cool slightly to a warm state and let it through the meat grinder.

Return the twisted apple substance to the saucepan, add the sugar and mix thoroughly. We give the jam to boil with continuous stirring, after which we reduce the fire and cook the workpiece with hardly noticeable boiling, often stirring, for forty-five minutes.

The finished jam is laid out in sterilized beforehand, dry glass containers, sealed tightly and let it cool slowly under a warm blanket or coat.

How to cook apple jam in a multivarquet - a simple recipe

Apples for cooking jam should be washed and rid of cores with seeds. The original classic recipe assumes also the cleansing of the fruits from the peel, which is subsequently boiled separately, followed by the addition of decoction in jam. We will do even easier. Half of apples without a core, but with a peel, cut into several parts and break in a blender to the state of mashed potatoes. After this, we put the resulting apple mass into a multicast, pour in water, pour sugar and squeeze juice from the lemon. The latter can be taken a little more, be guided by your taste.

Now we mix the contents of the multicast and set the device to the "Baking" mode for sixty five minutes. Perhaps you need a little more or less time. Check periodically the availability and density of the workpiece.

We put the hot jam into sterile jars, seal it and put it for natural self-sterilization under a warm plaid until it cools down.
