Pampushki - a cult Ukrainian bakery, popular in Russia, is a round small bun, most often from a yeast dough. The usual size of pampushes is about like a walnut or a little more bulky. Pampushki most often bake in the oven and served in borscht or soup with garlic gravy.

In a separate dish or glass in slightly warmed milk, we dissolve the sugar, add the yeast, a couple of spoons of flour, stir thoroughly and put in heat for half an hour. We pour over the opal in the working bowl, add melted butter, egg and sifted flour. We knead the dough with hands or a mixer with a spiral nozzle. We roll the dough into a bowl, put it in a bowl and, covering it with a clean towel, put it in the heat. When the dough is good, we knead it and briefly mix it with our hands (if necessary, repeat the cycle). We roll out the dough "sausage", divide it with a knife into roughly equal pieces, from which we roll round balls the size of a walnut. Place the balls on greased oil or pork fat and bake in the oven until red.

Ready pampushki served with borscht or soup, in a separate saucer we serve garlic gravy (the simplest version: pounded garlic with vegetable oil + a little salt). We eat pampushki, dipping into the gravy.

Cook the potatoes until ready in any way and purr it. Slightly cool the mashed potatoes and add to it first cream or butter, and then eggs and spices. Fast and thoroughly mix with a fork or mixer. From the resulting potato dough with the help of a dining room or a dessert spoon we form the balls and put them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Pampushki from potatoes can be served as a separate dish, for example, with creamy garlic sauce or with mushrooms stewed in sour cream, with meat or fish dishes.

In warm water or milk, sugar and yeast are bred. Add a little oil (20 ml approximately) and gradually pour the flour. We knead the dough and put it in a warm place for about 20 minutes. The dough is kneaded, we roll out about the same balls and give them a little distance. Pechem on a baking sheet (greasing it beforehand) until red. Serve with garlic sauce (see above).
