Potato soup with meatballs

To the meat mince we add bread crumbs, salt, ground black pepper and mix well. We form from it meatballs the size of a little less walnut and lay temporarily on a wide plate or cutting board. Strawberry potatoes are rid of skins, cut into cubes, immerse in boiling water and again bring to a boil. Throw meatballs and cook on moderate fire for fifteen or twenty minutes.

In the meantime, we clean and cut small onions, carrots and sweet Bulgarian peppers into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until soft, and also send it to a saucepan. Season soup with salt and pepper, throw peas of sweet pepper and laurel leaves and boil for another five to ten minutes.

One minute before the end of the cooking, we lay the chopped greens.

Stuffing is mixed with ground paprika and salt and we form small round meatballs.

Water is heated to a boil, throw the peeled potatoes, meatballs and boil on moderate fire for ten minutes. Throw green peas and cook for another ten minutes. Then take the meatballs on a plate, smash the vegetables with a blender in a puree.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry very finely chopped onions, garlic, green onions and pawn in a mass.

In cream, we brew the flour and pour a thin stream into the soup. Warm up to a boil, stirring constantly, throw ready meatballs and remove from heat.

Ready soup puree served with parsley greens, croutons and a piece of butter or a spoonful of sour cream. Bon Appetit!
