First, let's prepare a marinade for a loin: take a large glass bowl, pour in liquid flower honey, throw a pinch of black ground pepper, salt and dried marjoram. Then add the vegetable oil and carefully mix the whole mass with a spoon. After this, squeeze half a lemon juice into a bowl and stir again the marinade. Garlic is cleaned from the husks, minced with a knife and thrown into a fragrant mixture. Processed meat spread gently into a bowl with marinade, cover it well on all sides, close it with a lid and remove it for a while in the refrigerator.

Then wrap the pickled meat in foil, making an envelope in advance from it so that the liquid does not pour out during the frying. At the bottom of the bowl we pour a glass of cold water, send the pork loin in foil and use the "Menu" button to set the "Bake" mode on the device. We cook the loin about an hour and a half at a temperature of 180 degrees, and then reduce the temperature and bake for another 20 minutes. The prepared loin is slightly chilled, unfolded, cut into thin slices and served to guests.
