Ingredients:
- flour - 750 g;
- milk - 250 g;
- water 250 ml;
- yeast - 30 g;
- cognac - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sugar - 125 g;
- blueberries - 600 g;
- vegetable oil odorless - 110 ml;
- starch - 5 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
We pour warm milk and water into the bowl. In the resulting mixture we brew yeast, pour sugar, pour oil and cognac. Well, everything is mixed and straight into this mass we sift the flour. If you leave the dough in a warm place, after about an hour it will rise, after which it can be crumpled. We spread the dough on the table, divide it into balls and leave it on the working surface. When the dough rises again, you can take on pies. We spread the dough pieces with our hands. If the dough is sticking, pritrushivayem it a little flour and roll out a thin layer. For each such layer we put bilberries, baste with sugar and starch and form a patty. In the frying pan (better that it was with high sides) pour the vegetable oil to a level of about 1 cm, warm it well, put our billets into it and fry until a beautiful golden color. Pies with blueberries, fried in oil, can be served immediately still hot. Although in a cold form they are no less delicious.
Pies with blueberries in a frying pan without yeast
Ingredients:

- flour - 900 g;
- sugar - 25 g;
- vegetable oil - 20 ml;
- milk - 450 ml;
- soda - 0,5 tsp.
- salt - 1 pinch.

- blueberries - 650 g;
- sugar.
