Soup noodles are not only a nutritious, but also a very useful dish. It helps to gain strength and perfectly warms in the cold season. Aromatic mushroom noodles, that's what we decided to dedicate this article to.
Recipe for noodle soup with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- sesame oil - 1/2 tsp;
- root of ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- water - 12 items;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- dried shiitake mushrooms - 45 g;
- green peas - 1 1/2 items;
- glass noodles - 150 g;
- Peking cabbage - 500 g;
- miso - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- Wasabi - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
In the saucepan, heat the sesame oil and fry the chopped garlic and ginger on it for a minute. Add water, green peas, sliced carrots and dried mushrooms. We bring the liquid in the pot to a boil, then cover everything with a lid and cook for 20-25 minutes.
After the time has passed, add the noodles and chopped Peking cabbage to the pan. Continue cooking the soup until the noodles are ready. Pasta miso and wasabi pour 1/2 cup of broth from the soup, carefully mix everything and return it back to the pan. Hot mushroom noodles from dried mushrooms are served to the table immediately.
Chicken noodle soup with champignons
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 3 pieces;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- celery - 4 stems;
- champignons - 200 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- chicken broth - 2 l;
- water - 1 l;
- butter - 70 g;
- olive oil - 1/4 of a century;
- flour - half a century;
- noodles - 1 package;
- a mixture of Italian herbs - 3 teaspoons;
- cream - 2 items;
- salt pepper.
Preparation

While noodles with chicken and mushrooms are brewed, in a frying pan melted the butter and mix it with olive. Add the flour and fry it until it rusty. Once the noodles in the soup is cooked, add the flour mixture to the broth and mix thoroughly. Cook the soup for another 5 minutes, until it becomes thicker, and then you can serve it in this form, or optionally dilute with cream.
