Meat salads are rightly considered to be the main favorites on our tables. All due to the fact that they are relatively affordable, but most importantly - satisfying and diverse. One of the proofs is a salad with beef and bell pepper, we decided to devote this material to him.
Thai salad with beef and bell pepper
Thai cuisine is famous for its skilful combination of three basic flavors: sweet, spicy and sour. All the notorious troika will meet in this recipe: meat will be in light caramel glaze, and salad dressing includes lime acid and chili flavor.
Ingredients:
For meat:
- soy sauce - 45 ml;
- honey - 35 ml;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- grated ginger - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- juice of one lime;
- steak - 320 g.
For refueling:
- vegetable oil - 35 ml;
- soy sauce - 45 ml;
- fish sauce - 5 ml;
- cane sugar - 10 g;
- lime - 1 pc.
For salad:
- the head of lettuce;
- sweet pepper - 170 g;
- fresh cucumber - 90 g;
- a handful of parsley and mint;
- handful of peanuts.
Preparation
First of all, take a marinade, for which you should mix all the ingredients from the list and immerse the steak in this mixture. It is preferable to leave the meat for a period of 4 hours to all night. And after the time has come to start roasting, it takes about 7-9 minutes on each side for a piece of this size (depending on the desired degree of roasting).
Now make the dressing, also carefully mixing the ingredients from the list, and then adding them with lime juice and zest.
Prepare the salad yourself by taking out the head of lettuce and picking the leaves, slicing cucumbers with pepper and adding all the greens and nuts. By the time the salad is ready, the steak will have time to lie down, it can be cut and spread. Warm spicy salad with beef and bell pepper is ready, it remains to fill it and you can start eating.
Prague salad with bell pepper and beef
Ingredients:
- boiled beef - 260 g;
- sweet pepper - 175 g;
- feathers of green onions - 3 pieces;
- cherry tomatoes - 6-7 pieces;
- cucumber - 130 g;
- parsley greens;
- mayonnaise .
Preparation
Optionally cut the meat with vegetables, complement the salad with chopped herbs and season.
Caucasian salad with beef and bell pepper
Ingredients:
- beef steak - 280 g;
- sweet pepper - 130 g;
- honey - 25 ml;
- vinegar wine - 35 ml;
- vegetable oil - 75 ml;
- a head of lettuce;
- purple onion - 35 g;
- tomatoes - 230 g;
- cucumber - 145 g.
Preparation
After seasoning the steak, fry it to the desired degree of readiness. Whisk the honey with the vinegar, pepper and butter in a homogeneous dressing. Disassemble the head of lettuce on the leaves and pick them, thinly chop the onions, tomatoes and cucumber. Put the pieces of steak over the salad cushion and pour the sauce over it.
