Marshmallow from apples at home

Apple marshmallow is the only incredibly tasty and useful dessert that has practically no contraindications, with very few exceptions. In addition, it is even recommended in a moderate amount to daily use. But all this, of course, provided that it is cooked at home from natural products.

The recipe for marshmallow from apples and agar at home

First of all we pour the necessary amount of water into the stewpan, add the agar and leave it for a while for soaking.

In the meantime, let's do the apples. We wash them with water, wipe them dry, cut them in half and remove them from the core. Then we define them in an oven or in a microwave oven, and let it stand until soft. In the oven, this takes about thirty minutes, and in the microwave it takes about four to five minutes.

Now we extract the hot apple pulp, separating it from the skin with a teaspoon, and turning it into a homogeneous puree with a blender. Add a glass of sugar, vanillin, stir until the sweet crystals dissolve and allow to cool completely.

Vodichku with agar warmed up to a boil and pour the remaining sugar. We cook the syrup for about five to seven minutes.

In the apple mass, add the egg white and whisk with a mixer until fluffy. Do not stop whipping, pour a thin stream of hot syrup and continue the procedure of whipping to dense sharp peaks.

We shift the resulting mass into a confectioner's bag, lining the baking tray with parchment paper and we place the marshmallow on it, giving it a beautiful shape. We keep it at room temperature for twenty-four hours, sprinkle generously with sugar powder and glue the halves of marshmallow with the bottoms.

If after the tasting the delicacy still remains, it is necessary to place it in a closed container to prevent further drying.

Marshmallow with apples

My apples, wipe dry, cut into two halves and extract the core with seeds. Bake the fruit in the oven or microwave before softening and remove the pulp, separating it from the skin. Mix the apple mass with a glass of sugar and crush the blender to a soft, smooth consistency. We beat the protein to a thick foam and inject it into the resulting apple puree.

The remaining sugar is poured into a container heated to boiling with water and mixed until it dissolves. Boil the syrup to a density (about ten minutes) and dissolve the gelatin plates, which we pre-soak for five minutes in cold water and squeeze.

Continuously whipping with an electric mixer apple sauce with protein, pour a thin stream of hot syrup and continue to whisk until cooling. The weight as a result strongly increases in volume (approximately twice), therefore we shall take a capacity for whipping up more.

We shift a lush, thick mass into the culinary bag and form marshmallows, setting them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Let dry at room temperature for twenty-four hours, sprinkle with powdered sugar and coconut chips (optional). Now we separate neatly the marshmallows from the paper, with a knife, and close the bottoms.

How to make marshmallows from apples without sugar at home?

Soak agar in water and leave for thirty minutes. The apples are cleaned from the core, baked in a microwave or oven until soft and we remove the puree, which we break with a blender. We transfer it into a container with agar, add honey, vanillin and heat it to a boil.

Protein whisk to a foam and introduce a little hot apple mass with agar, without stopping to beat until a dense consistency of white.

We spread the mass on the molds or plant it with a culinary sack on a baking tray with parchment and place it for several hours in the refrigerator.

Finished marshmallow sprinkled with powdered sugar.
