The basis will be a gelled custard with the addition of sour cream, giving a light sourness, followed by a layer of cookies and complete the dessert cover from the gum mixture with the addition of fresh berries.
Ingredients:
- milk - 1.4 liters;
- strawberry jelly - 275 g;
- sugar - 285 g;
- eggs - 6 pcs .;
- sour cream - 130 g;

Preparation
Whisk the milk with egg yolks and sugar. Place the mixture over a weak fire and cook, stirring, waiting for the thickening. Ingredients:
For biscuit:
- flour - 95 g;
- by a pinch of soda and baking powder;
- butter - 35 g;
- sugar - 65 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- milk - 85 ml;
- yogurt - 35 g.
For the curd layer:
- cottage cheese - 175 g;
- cream for whipping - 235 ml;
- powdered sugar - 115 g;
- gelatin - 15 g;
- water 35 ml.
For jelly filling:
- Strawberry - 435 g;
- strawberry jelly - 175 g;
- water - 475 ml.
Preparation
Prepare a mixture of dry ingredients for biscuit, mixing them together. After melting the butter, pour it into a mixture of milk with yoghurt. Add the egg and whisk well. Combine both mixtures together and distribute the dough in a 20-cm-coated form. Bake for 18 minutes at 185
