Before using vegetable physalis for the preparation of jam, it must be cleaned of "cases", thoroughly washed and blanched in boiling water for two to three minutes. Heat treatment is mandatory, because only thanks to it you can finally get rid of the remains of sticky plaque, which is typical for the physalis of vegetable varieties. Prepare properly and pulp of pumpkin. Vegetables need to be rid of the seeds with fibrous pulp and cleaned of hard skin.
