For each slice of tomato we drip a little olive oil and send the dish to the oven. We dry the tomatoes for 8 minutes, watching constantly that the tomatoes are not dried. Then gently take the sun-dried tomatoes and let them cool. This time, we clean the garlic and cut it into slices.
