Confiture of plums with raisins

First we prepare the raisins: mine it, we fill it with boiling water and dry it. After that, pour rum (instead of rum you can take brandy, whiskey or cognac), we cover the container and leave it for at least 4-5 hours, or even better - for a day.

We cut the plums in half, remove the bones, and cut the flesh with arbitrary not too small pieces. Oranges and lemons are good for washing, peel the peel, and squeeze out the juice from the pulp. In the jam storage container from the sink mix orange and lemon juice, as well as crushed zest. Add sugar and 100 ml of water. When the mass boils, infuse honey, the resulting foam is removed. And after that we spread the raisins along with the liquid and the prepared plums. Gently mix it all. Bring to a boil, reduce fire and cook, stirring until the moment when the mass begins to thicken. This should take about 1 hour. After this, the confiture is poured over sterile cans and rolled them.

By the way, in this case we will also not quite ripe plums. They just need to cut into smaller pieces and increase the cooking time by 10 minutes. At the same time, the amount of sugar remains the same.

Plum Jam Confiture

First we sort out and wash my plums, remove the bones, and put the flesh in a saucepan, fall asleep with sugar. Now the plum is well-minted tolkushkoy and put the pan on the fire. We cook for about 6-8 minutes, periodically taking off the foam. The resulting mass is filtered through a colander. We pour the mixture back into the pan and bring it to a boil. Now add the pectin and boil for 2-3 minutes. We pour confiture into sterile jars and close them with lids.

Chilled jelly confiture is freely cut with a knife.

Plum jam with almonds

Plums mine, we remove the stones from them, and put the pulp in a container, in which we will prepare our confiture. Add the pectin powder and on a slow fire bring the mass to a boil. At the same time periodically it must be stirred, so as not to burn. After that, pour in cognac, add almonds and sugar. We mix everything well and cook for about 10 minutes, after which we pour it over the jars. Incredibly delicious confiture of plums is ready!

Fruit jelly confiture from plums and apples

Ingredients:

Plums mine and remove the bones in them. Apples are cleaned and cut into pieces. In a saucepan add up layers: plums, then apples and sugar and again repeat the apples-sugar plums. With half a lemon peel the peel, rub it on a fine grater and mix with a pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar. Pour the resulting mixture into a pan to the rest of the ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, on a small fire, until you get a thick marmalade mass. We pour out marmalade confiture of plums and apples on containers, which after cooling are covered with parchment paper.
