For salting in a package without brine, choose cucumbers of small size (no more than ten centimeters in length). Ideally, the fruits should be harvested on the same day, so they will turn out to be the most crunchy. If you buy a product on the market and are not sure of its freshness, then it should be placed for several hours in cold water to restore the lost moisture. In the same manner, you can get rid of the undesirable bitterness in cucumbers, if any.

Selected and if necessary soaked cucumbers mine carefully, get rid of the tips, cutting them with a sharp knife, and put in a tight plastic bag. There we pour the necessary amount of salt and sugar, lay the previously cleaned and chopped garlic cloves and plates, and optionally the sprigs of dill. We also throw a laurel leaf to the cucumbers and, if desired, supplement the composition with pea peppers or other spices to your taste. We tie the edges of the bag, first letting out the air at the maximum, shaking the contents carefully to distribute salt, sugar and spices evenly, place the workpiece in a convenient container and place it on the shelf of the refrigerator for at least six hours.

If there is a need to make lightly salted cucumbers even faster, then you can use this recipe. For its realization we soak fresh cucumbers for a while in cold water, after which I wash them, cut off the tips, and cut the fruits into four longitudinal lobules.

We put the billets in a bag and start to prepare a spicy dry mixture. To do this, we pour salt into the saltpipe, squeeze the garlic cloves, add the finely chopped dill and parsley, and throw the currant leaves (if available). We knead all a little with our hands and lay out to cucumbers. We release air from the package to the maximum, we tie it tightly and shake the contents well.

For fast salting it is necessary to leave the workpiece on the table under room conditions and after thirty or forty minutes the tasty salted cucumbers will please you with their spicy lightly salted and at the same time fresh taste.

According to this recipe cucumbers are more spicy and sharp. They can be salted in the package as a whole or, as in the previous recipe for quick preparation, cut into slices.

We rinse some small fresh cucumbers under running water and soak for about thirty minutes in cold water. After that, cut off the tips, if desired, cut the fruits into slices and put them in a tight package. We pour salt there, mustard powder and ground pepper (ideally a mixture of several kinds). Garlic teeth cleaned, squeezed through the press and added to the package to the rest of the components. We tie the edges of the bag, shake the contents carefully and leave it on the shelf of the refrigerator for several hours. For quick salting pieces you can leave cucumbers in the room for forty minutes.
