Dance therapy

Dance therapy is a special kind of psychotherapy in which movements are used to develop the emotional, physical, cognitive or social life of a person. This technique takes 15 minutes and sets the goal of empathy. The members of the group should be divided into pairs - one of the participants of the pair will be the leader, and the second - the slave.

For this event, enough groups of 4-5 people - if there are more present, then they are divided into groups. The whole action will take about 30 minutes.

Each of the groups of 4-5 people should be lined up, each group should have its own leader, standing in front of the group. The presenter must perform the dance movements of the most unusual character and at the same time move in some direction, and the rest of the group must move on after him, copying it. After a few minutes, the host enters the end of the snake, and the one who follows immediately becomes the leader, and must perform all the same functions. Everyone should make their own moves, features. As a facilitator, at least once all members of the group should visit.

Dance therapy: the lesson "Free dance"

This technique will take half an hour. Nobody can be forced to participate, let those who want it dance. The essence of the task is simple: the group sits in a circle, a person enters the center and dances freely, without following the technique, expressing oneself.
