How to cook meat in foil in the oven?

Recipe for meat baked in a piece of foil in the oven



A piece of beautiful, fresh lamb is washed in clean water, dried, and then well lubricated with salty soy sauce. We put it in a plastic bag and take it out for at least 1.5 hours. Then we take mutton from the package, we connect two kinds of ketchup into one bowl and spread the prommarinated meat, which is dreamed, at the same time we put it in the cold.

Folded in two or three layers of foil, oil slightly oil and place on it prepared for further cooking lamb. We close the meat with foil and tear it from all sides. We put everything in the center of the baking tray, which we put into the oven heated in advance to 180 degrees. Baking of such meat, closed in foil in the oven lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes.

A good, solid piece of a pork neck, after washing by rubbing with a large salt, pritrushivayte pepper, and on top of another spread on mayonnaise. On oiled foil, folded several times lay out prepared pork.

So, let's start with the mushrooms, which we just clean and lay out on our meat piece, without cutting it. Next we place on it a quartered onion ring. Bulgarian pepper can be taken in two colors cut into longitudinal slices, which is also sent to pork with vegetables. In the end, we add here randomly sliced, peeled potatoes and Brussels sprouts and cover all this beauty with a foil, tightly clamping it. Obtained thus an envelope, put on a baking sheet and put it in a heated to 195 degrees oven. We get this wonderful, juicy meat with delicious vegetables in 55 minutes.

Meat in foil with prunes in the oven



Prunes put in a bowl, pour steep boiling water, cover with a lid and leave it for 20 minutes.

Under a stream of running water, we wash the tenderloin and cut it into pieces approximately 60-70 grams. With prunes drain the water and cut each into four longitudinal parts. In pieces of beef we make holes with a knife and fill them with 2-3 slices of prunes.

Then, rub all the pieces with salt and beat them with ground pepper. In one container we pour mayonnaise with sour cream, mix them and cover all the meat with the mixture obtained.

We divide the beef by portions and by their quantity cut the foil, which we lubricate with vegetable oil. Lay the sheets of foil directly on the baking sheet and place them on meat with prunes. Each portion is tightly closed with the raised edges of the foil and put everything in the oven, which we put on 190 degrees and for 55 minutes bake this insanely delicious meat.
