The foil prevents overdrying of the dish, and also allows you to prepare a vegetable garnish along with the fish. Without it, making a tasty neighborhood of fish and vegetables at the same time is quite difficult, since the cooking time of these two components is different, and as a result we get either raw vegetables or dried fish. Foil relieves us of such troubles and allows us to always receive an excellent result.
Carp baked in the oven in foil - recipe
Ingredients:
- carp carcass - 1-1.5 kg;
- onion - 150 g;
- sour cream - 75 g;
- mayonnaise - 75 g;
- a mixture of spices for fish - to taste;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil refined - 20 ml;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- salt - to taste;
- fresh greens.
Preparation
To prepare the carp in the oven in the foil, we choose the whole carcass of medium size, clean it of scales, relieve the entrails and gills (the head can be left or removed if desired) and thoroughly washed under cold running water. We soak the fish from the moisture with napkins and rub it with a mixture of salt, pepper and spices for fish. We will also sow the carp outside and inside the abdomen with lemon juice and leave it for pickling for one hour in the fridge.
Just before cooking, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and refined oil in the bowl and generously grease the resulting mixture with fish on all sides and inside the abdomen. We clean and shinkuem rings onions and mix with the remaining sauce. Fill half of the total onion weight of the abdomen of the carp, and from the rest we spread the onion cushion for the fish and lay it also on the carcass from above.
Seal the foil with an envelope and place on the baking tray heated to 190 degrees oven. Preparation
