Recipe for homemade strawberry liqueur
Ingredients:
- a large, juicy strawberry - 900 g;

- vodka - 850 ml.
Preparation
Strawberries are washed in large quantities of water and at the same time we remove the tails from it. Next, put it in a colander, and when it dries, cut each fruit into 2, a maximum of 3 pieces. The bottom of a clean can of 2 liters is completely filled with prepared strawberry slices, which then falls asleep with small sugar, and then we report the berries already before the narrowing of the neck begins. Fill this jar with good quality vodka, so that it covers the top of the last berries. We put a dense lid on the neck of the jar, shake it a couple of times and send it all to a dark but not cold place for 10 days, with each day we need to visit our liquor for shaking. After the set time, we filter the finished liquor through the three folded clean gauze and put it in the cellar or refrigerator.
Homemade liquor from cherry
Ingredients:
- cherry - 2,5 kg;
- vodka - 900 ml;
- Ground cinnamon - 2/3 tsp.
- granulated sugar - 1,8 kg.
Preparation
From each fruit of a well-washed and dried cherry, remove the bones. The cherry itself falls asleep in a bottle, while every 4-5 centimeters of fruit is poured into fine sugar. Sprinkle cherries with ground cinnamon and pour 0.5 liters of vodka into the bottle. We keep everything in a cool place for 4 days, then we take out and shake a couple of times our capacity, add the remaining vodka and give the cherry liqueur stand for the same number of days. Then take out, shake the bottle again 4-5 times and strain the liqueur through a strainer, covered with a bandage or gauze. We pour it into containers convenient for you and patiently let it stand for at least five more days before application.
Coffee Liqueur at home
Ingredients:
- natural ground coffee - 60 g;
- vodka - 700 ml;
- brown sugar - 280 g;
- drinking water - 250 ml.
Preparation
The usual way to brew coffee in a copper turkey . When it completely cools down, we filter it through a three-folded cut of gauze. We put coffee for the night in the refrigerator, and in the morning we filter again. Next, pour brown sugar into it, pour half of the vodka, put everything on the hotplate of the plate and heat until the sugar crystals dissolve.
