Fruit parfait

In another bowl, we combine the quartered strawberries, grape berries and banana slices. Spread the fruit and berry mixture over the yogurt and repeat the yoghurt layer again. Lay the layers of dessert one on top of the other until we fill the selected form. Top with a dessert granola or cornflakes.

To prepare an airy cheesy parfait, we need to mix the cream cheese with the vanilla pudding, then pour the milk and whip the mass until smooth. Sugar from the finished pudding should be enough, but to taste, you can add a little honey or stevia. As soon as the cheese mass becomes homogeneous, mix it with whipped cream, trying to mix as carefully as possible, so as not to lose airiness. Now we spread the cream layer by layer with fruits and berries with a glass or a kremanka. We serve the parfait with the fruits chilled.
