The hardest option for a day of unloading is to drink only quality leaf green tea and do not eat anything all day. You can drink tea in any quantity. For a day you can lose more than a kilo of weight!

Diet: green tea with milk

Diet on green tea with milk is also called a diet for "milk." There are several options for making milk, but the easiest way is to brew tea as usual and add about 50 grams of milk to the mug. You can drink such a drink indefinitely. This diet is also recommended for fasting days. However, milk is so nutritious that it is possible to live on it for a week (if you decided to do so, do not forget to take a multivitamin).

Diet on green tea with honey

This diet is completely analogous to the previous one. Tea with honey can be drunk indefinitely, but there is nothing you can not. Due to the fact that honey also enhances metabolism and nourishes, it can take up to 5-7 days for such a diet (only in case of taking vitamins) and significantly lose weight.

Do not forget about the correct way out of the diet - foods in the diet should be added very carefully, so that the lost pounds do not return again. To diets of one day this rule does not apply.
