  3. Lunch : a bowl of soup with a small slice of black or gray bread.
  4. Snack : a glass of 1% kefir (you can add fiber, bran, flax flour).
  5. Dinner : a small portion of low-fat meat and a garnish of fresh vegetables (cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, leafy vegetables).

This is an excellent diet that will allow you to lose weight easily and without harm to the body.

Fast diet at home

No fast diet does not give lasting results. It can only be used if you want to lose weight a little before the holiday. It lasts only 3-4 days, depending on how quickly you will achieve the desired results.

You can eat two products: cucumbers and 1% kefir. Not more than a kilo of cucumbers and a liter of kefir a day. They can be eaten individually or mixed as a salad. In addition, you can only drink water or unsweetened green tea. It is recommended to take a small portion of food every 2.5-3 hours - eat slowly, until saturation. You can lose weight by 2-3 kilograms, if you, of course, strictly follow all diet rules and do not add extra products.
