Preparing the table

1. We grit all the details of the table from above and below.
2. We cover the table from all sides with acrylic water-based varnish.
3. We ground with white acrylic paint, using a roller, a wide brush or a sponge. In hard-to-reach places we use a thin brush.
4. We paint the table with brown acrylic paint.
5. To make "scrapes" - in the right places we smear with paraffin.
6. On top of paraffin and brown paint we paint with white paint.

Decoration of a table in the technique of decoupage

1. We take and cut out fragments of flowers from decoupage paper.
2. We spread the pictures on the table and build the composition.
3. We lower into the water basin the cut out fragments of the picture, when they are slightly soaked, take out and put the face down on the fabric, we dip it with a napkin and smear with glue for decoupage.
4. . We place the fragment on the table top with a drawing upwards and roll it with a rubber roller. It is important that all the air comes out from under the flowers.
5. We wait until the pattern dries well.
6. We take sandpaper medium grain and begin to "wash" the top paint where we want to achieve the effect of "scuffs".
7. We wipe the table and wipe it off with dirt and dust and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
8. Dry the crushed pastel of the desired shade carefully put next to each leaf and flower, then rub it with light circular motions to the effect of a beautiful halo.
9. To fix the pastels, we cover the table top with acrylic aerosol varnish.

Aging of the table

1. We put the glue on the edges of the table. When the glue dries and becomes transparent, we apply pital.
2. Magnetize a piece of water on a brush, put it on the right place and, with a slight pressure, smooth it with a soft brush.
3. To potal did not lose its appearance, we cover it with a layer of shellac varnish and let it dry.
4. We cover the whole table with a layer of aqua-varnish.
5. To remove the roughness, we sew neatly with a zero.
6. Alpine lacquer cover all the surfaces of the table. When 2-3 layers are applied, this varnish gives us a light yellow hue.
7. We coat, cover with varnish, dry well.

9. We rub wax for furniture to remove excess shine. The table is ready!
