Let's start preparing our coconut cake with cream from a short dough: chop the cold butter with a knife together with sifted flour, add eggs to the flour crumb and quickly knead the dough to elasticity. The finished short dough is rolled into a ball, wrapped with oilcloth and left in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

While the dough is resting, we'll fill it up: coconut shavings are put on a dry baking sheet and browned in the oven for a couple of minutes.

In the saucepan pour the melted butter, milk, add eggs, sugar, flour and salt, mix thoroughly and put the container with the mixture on the fire. Bring our stuffing until thick, then remove from heat and fall asleep 3/4 coconut shavings.

We roll the short dough on parchment paper and transfer it to a baking dish. We bake sand base before blanching, then let it cool completely and fill it with filling. We leave the pie for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.

Whisk the cream with vanilla extract and serve with cake. Sprinkle the finished dish with the remains of coconut shavings.

Eggs are rubbed with sugar and portions, add a soft butter. We sift the flour together with the baking powder and send it to the rest of the mixture. Mix the thick dough, which will drain from the spoon. Add coconut shavings and chopped pineapple to the dough.

Form the baking oil and lubricate the dough into it. Bake a dish at 175 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, served with whipped cream, decorating the remaining coconut shavings.
