Slavic gymnastics for women

Slavic gymnastics for women consists of a set of exercises (there are 27 in all). This technique is specially designed to enhance the natural female sexuality and fertility. Today we want to talk about the technique of "Marvelous Posture", which is part of the Slavic women's gymnastics complex.

Exercise 1. To the sky. Thoughts are pure

Put your feet at shoulder level, keep your knees bent. Straighten your back and draw your belly, take the sacrum back. It is this position of the sacrum that provides an excellent posture. We put both hands behind our backs and bend at the elbows. We concentrate energy, in the form of a shining sphere, inside the uterus. We try to feel the vibration and heat. As soon as this was accomplished, we mentally raise the energy sphere up to the level of the eyebrows. Then we lower it down to the starting point.

Exercise 2. On the ground. Family and creativity

It is necessary to kneel, legs extend to the level of the shoulders. Straighten your back, put your chest forward and draw your belly, take the sacrum back. Just like in the previous exercise, we concentrate on the uterus and try to imagine a radiant sphere. This time, we lift the sphere upward mentally, drawing it through the solar plexus.

Exercise 3. Four points. Joy and Love

We kneel and elbows. The belly is drawn in, the back needs to be bent in the lower back. Legs should be placed on the shoulder level. The palms are turned back to the face. This time, the energy is raised from the uterus to the sacrum.

This set of exercises is designed specifically for women, but some basic techniques are Slavic gymnastics. Do not engage in these exercises during the period of exacerbation of diseases of the spine. And it is advisable to get advice from your doctor before starting the Slavic health gymnastics.
