Immediately lay out the contents of the package in a red-hot sunflower oil and give the hats a good brown. Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the peeled and sliced ​​onions, shift the ruddy hats to onion, pour all the sour cream, add salt, pepper to taste and let it sit on the lowest heat for ten to fifteen minutes.
